【摘 要】根据国内医院后勤当中存在的一系列问题进行分析研究，对目前国内医院后勤管理当中出现的现象进行描述。结合文本作者根据多年工作经验，对医院后勤管理当中的增收节支所带来的影响进行分析研究，并提出科学合理的建议，对医院后勤起到至关重要的作用。

 【Abstract】According to a series of problems in the domestic hospital logistics， the research on the phenomenon of the current domestic hospital logistics management is described. Combined with the author of the text according to the years of work experience， the effect of hospital logistics management to increase revenue and reduce expenditure for analysis and research， and scientific and reasonable suggestions are put forward. The hospital logistics is one of the most important role.
