【摘 要】伴随科学技术的飞速发展，医疗设备的更新换代越来越快，使用寿命越来越短。可是许多医院由于自身资金短缺严重，对大型先进医疗设备的需求一般采用融资租赁的方式解决。文章对现代医院医疗设备融资租赁进行了初步的分析。

 【Abstract】With the rapid development of science and technology， medical equipment is becoming more and more quickly， and the service life is shorter and shorter. But many hospitals due to the shortage of its own funds， the need for large advanced medical equipment generally use the way of financing lease. This paper makes a preliminary analysis of the financial leasing of medical equipment in modern hospitals.
