【摘 要】医学检验是医院工作中一个重要组成部分，在医学检验事业迅猛发展的今天，地方医院检验科在许多方面跟不上发展形势，影响医院的健康发展，检验科室必须实行改革，加强更新仪器设备、提高人员素质，完善科学管理等方面的基础建设。检验科室组织结构的完善，是为了更好的发挥检验科室职能的重要途径，检验科室的职能，不仅是处理检验标本、提供检验数据，还包括会诊疑难病例讨论等。从根本上克服检验与临床脱节现象。
