摘 要 目的：分析2013年本院细菌培养结果与药敏试验结果。方法：分析2013年度微生物室对我院各科送检的2 949份标本所分离的病原菌鉴定结果及药敏试验结果。结果：2 949份标本中，分离出细菌987株，其中革兰阴性菌741株(75.1%)，革兰阳性菌检出246株(24.9%)。革兰阴性菌中以大肠埃希菌分离率最高(20%)，革兰阳性菌以金黄色葡萄球菌为主(10%)。常见菌耐药严重。结论：应加强医院院内获得性感染病原菌的鉴定及药敏检测，并根据药敏试验结果合理选用抗生素，防止抗生素的滥用。
