摘 要 目的：探讨产前超声筛查在胎儿缺陷诊断中的应用价值。方法：2007年8月-2013年8月收治出生缺陷患儿110例，对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：产前超声检查共检出103例，出生缺陷检出率93.64%(103/110)；胎儿畸形病例中，单发畸形70.87%(73/103)，多发畸形29.13%(30/103)，其中心血管畸形所占比例最大，其他按比例大小依次为中枢神经系统畸形、消化系统畸形、颜面部畸形、颈部畸形、泌尿系统畸形、胎儿水肿综合征和四肢畸形。结论：产前超声检查在胎儿出生缺陷的诊断中具有较高的应用价值，值得临床借鉴和推广。
