 摘 要 目的：探讨冠心病患者血清同型半胱氨酸的水平及其临床意义。方法：分别选取92例冠心病患者及健康人作为观察组和对照组，比较两组血清同型半胱氨酸水平。结果：观察组血清同型半胱氨酸水平高于对照组。结论：血清同型半胱氨酸水平增高与冠心病及其严重程度存在一定关系，具有重要的诊断价值。

 Abstract Objective：To explore the level and clinical significance of serum homocysteine in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods：92 patients with coronary heart disease were selected as the observation group.92 healthy person were selected as the control group.The levels of serum homocysteine in the two groups were compared.Results：The level of serum homocysteine in the observation group was high than that of the control group.Conclusion：The increased level of serum homocysteine has a certain relation with coronary artery disease and its severity.It has a important diagnostic value. ......
