 摘 要 本文就人性化管理在普外护理管理实践中应用情况，逐一阐述对人性化管理理念的学习理解，把人性化管理理念逐步渗透到护理管理活动中，达到了激励护士进取，赋予护士价值感、成就感，增强团队的凝聚力的效果，从而促进了优质护理服务质量的全面提高。

 Abstract This paper introduced the application of humanistic management in nursing management in Department of general surgery and elaborated the learning and understanding of humanistic management.We put the humanistic management concept to nursing management to encourage nurses to enterprising and give nurses sense of value and achievement and enhance team cohesion effect so that it can promote the quality of high quality nursing service.
