 摘 要 近几年，乡镇卫生院开展基本公共卫生均等化服务工作，扩大Ⅰ类疫苗接种范围，强化Ⅱ类疫苗接种重要性，我院先后多次群体性开展乙脑、乙肝、麻疹疫苗接种工作，期间相继出现接种不良反应和耦合反应，将接种过程中出现的典型病例和防范措施进行简单的论述，切实提高预防接种有效率，且正确面对接种后出现的一切异常情况，认真分析、大胆处置预防接种纠纷，敢于承担责任。

 Abstract In recent years，Township Hospital developed the equalization of basic public health services and expanded the Ⅰ vaccine and strengthen the importance of Ⅱ vaccine.Our hospital has carried out several groups of Japanese encephalitis，hepatitis B and measles vaccination.Adverse reaction and coupling reaction of vaccination has appeared at the period.We simply discussed the typical cases and preventive measures to effectively improve the inoculation efficiency.We have to face all the anomalies appeared after inoculation and analyze carefully and dare to dispute disposal of vaccination disputes and dare to take responsibility.
