【摘要】目的：探讨不同方法对慢性分泌性中耳炎(SOM)合并中耳腔积液的治疗效果。方法：选择本院收治的95名SOM患者(125耳)，随机分为A组(单纯鼓室穿刺术组)与B组(鼓室穿刺术+药物清洗组)，分别采取单纯鼓室穿刺术与鼓室穿刺术联合药物清洗鼓室的方法，观察临床疗效。结果：A组60耳中显效12耳，显效率为20%，好转32耳，占53.33%，总有效率73.33%，无效16耳,占26.67%；B组65耳中显效44耳，显效率为67.69%，好转15耳，占23.08%，总有效率90.77%，无效6耳,占9.23%。结论：患病早期采用鼓室穿刺术联合药物清洗治疗，取得良好的临床疗效，优于单纯的鼓室穿刺术，临床效果肯定。
