【摘要】目的：探讨纳洛酮联倍他西酊治疗椎-基动脉供血不足的的临床疗效。方法：选择2005年8月~2007年8月符合诊断的92例患者随机分为2组，治疗组给予倍他西酊注射液500ml，纳洛酮0.8mg,溶于0.9%氯化钠注射液150ml中，静脉滴注每日1次，14d为1个疗程。结果：治疗组总有效率93.5%，对照组总有效率89.4%，治疗组一天内有效，患者26例，占56.5%。结论：纳洛酮联合倍他西酊治疗VBI作用快，且安全可靠，无明显不良反应，值得推广。
