【摘要】目的：探讨腹式筋膜内子宫切除术的临床应用价值。方法：对54例腹壁横切口筋膜内子宫全切术做回顾性分析，并选择同期行传统子宫切除术54例作对照。结果：手术时间、出血量、排气时间、住院日、术后性功能，研究组与对照组比较差异有显著性。结论：腹壁横切口筋膜内子宫全切术与传统子宫全切除术相比具有手术时间短、出血少、创伤小，术后恢复快、切口美观、对性功能影响小等优点。
