【摘 要】妊娠合并脾破裂是较少见的，大约55%发生于妊娠末期，4.5%发生于产褥期，50%的病例无诱因，故认为是自发性的。妊娠期子宫增大，孕妇正常的生理活动、病理反射等都能促使脾破裂。本例患者有疟疾病史，脾脏病理性增大，脾包膜薄弱而髓质较脆，再者有跌倒的病史，这样病理性脾脏受到外力作用时发生的自发性脾破裂。本文分析对这例患者的诊治体会。
