摘要：目的:探讨急性癌性结肠梗阻的诊断、围手术处理及一期手术治疗。方法：回顾分析以急性肠梗阻或急性阑尾炎为第一诊断收治的结肠癌29例，围手术期使用足量抗生素预防治疗腹部感染，术中行肠减压、灌洗，术野局部使用抗生素，一期或二期手术切除吻合。结果：全部治愈，无吻合口瘘及其他并发症。结论：急性癌性结肠梗阻经完善围手术期和术中处理，一期手术切除吻合是安全可行的。
