摘要：结肠癌是胃肠道常见肿瘤之一，恶性程度高，近年来发病率有逐渐增高的趋势，但在基层医院很难见到。本文以作者2000年亲临一例，详细分析了病者诊断过程，并就基层医疗单位在“肠梗阻”诊断中提出了建议。

 Abstract:The colon cancer is one of gastro-intestinal tract common tumors,the m alignant degree is high,in recent years the disease incidence rate had the gradual markup tendency,but was very difficult in the basic unit hospital to see.This article in 2000 arrived personally an example by the author,the multianalysis getting sick diagnosis process,and in the diagnosis put forward the proposal on the basic unit medical service unit in “the intestinal obstruction”.
