摘 要：建设一家全新的现代化大型医院，除涉及一般的楼宇建设外，还涉及到无菌、防尘、防辐射、防感染等特殊需求，其复杂程度很高。文章介绍了深圳市滨海医院筹备办在建设项目时间紧、要求高的情况下，全面使用现代化的手段，提高工作效率，使办公达到快捷、有效的目的。
