摘要：医院基建档案是反映医院基本建设历史和现状的真实记录，是医院进行规划、建设和管理工作的重要组成部分。为此医院要强化基建档案的形成与监督,科学管理、依法制档、积极创新和严格制度。

 Abstract： Hospital infrastructure construction archives are original records showing the history and current situation of hospital infrastructure construction. It is the important constituent part of hospital works how to plan, construct and manage. Therefore, the hospital should strengthen the formation and supervision of infrastructure construction archives, and pay attention to scientific management, legel formation of infrastructure construction archives, positive making innovations and rigorous rules.
