【摘要】 目的 探讨精神分裂症复发的相关因素。方法 按纳入标准查找病史，对98例再入院精神分裂症患者进行临床分析。应用大体评定量表(GAS)结合自知力恢复程度和回归社会后的社会功能进行评测。结果 98例中73例复发与停药有关，有无社会支持差异显著；与家族史、婚姻状况、前次住院的出院疗效等因素关系不明显。结论 病情复发或加重与未坚持服药有明显关系，心理社会干预措施作为维持治疗的补充手段，对该病的长期稳定与康复显得尤为重要。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the related factors to re-onset scihizophrenia. Methods According to certain criteria, the status of 98 re-onset patients with schizophrenia were analyzed. Assess their social functions out of hospital by using GAS and recognizing the level of recovery of lack of insight. Results 73 re-onset schizophrenia among these 98 are associated with antipsychotics with drausl. There is a significant difference in social support.
