【摘 要】 社区卫生服务是社区建设的重要组成部分但目前社区卫生服务工作还处在起步阶段,社区卫生服务体系建设在体制上、政策上还面临许多困难和问题。本文以如何实现“小病到社区，大病去医院”的目标为课题对社区卫生服务进行解析。
