【摘 要】 当前社区卫生服务的发展现状及其中弊端，在分析其产生原因的基础上提出各级政府应以国务院出台的《深化医药卫生体制改革意见》为指导，联系各地方社区卫生事业发展的实际，着重从发挥政府职能、健全专项政策法规、建立健全人才和投入机制等方面开展专项改革，重点解决医疗资源配置及“看病难、看病贵”等涉及群众利益的问题，从而改善社区卫生事业的发展状况，使这项事业能更好地惠及人民。
