【摘要】目的 探讨影响中小学生生活质量的因素，为儿童青少年的身心健康促进工作提供参考。 方法 整群抽取武汉市小 学、初中学生657名，进行儿童少年生活质量量表、心理健康量表的调查，并让家长填写 Co nner’s儿童行为问卷及自编的学生一般情况问卷，由班主任对学生进行学习障碍筛查表的 评定。 结果 中小学生的学习焦虑、孤独倾向、自责倾向、过敏倾向、身 体症状及冲动倾向等心理健康问题与父亲的文化水平及家长难理解孩子等变量入选，其中除 自责倾向、父亲的文化水平外，其他各因素都产生负面影响；排除与中小学生的心理健康问 题的有关变量，以其他变量再次进行分析，入选的变量有学习问题、父亲的健康状况、家长 难以理解孩子及学习障碍筛查量表(PRS)总分。 结论 中小学生生活质量 受内在心理特征、外在行为表现和环境因素的影响。
