 Influence of Key Teachers' Working Pressure and Resiliency on Mental Health in Primary and Middle School/ ZHANG Hai-qin. Anyang Normal College, Anyang(455002), Henan Province, China

 ã€Abstract】 Objective To explore the influence of the working pressure and resiliency of primary and middle school teachers on their mental health and then provide references for enhancing teachers' mental health. Methods The questionnaire of the primary and middle school teachers' professional stress and Resiliency Scale for Adults(RSA)and the Symptom Check List 90(SCL-90) were adopted to test 275 backbone teachers of primary and middle schools. ResultsThe primary and middle school teachers' professional stress has significant correlation with their resiliency and mental health. Regression analysis showed that professional stress had positive predicator of the occurrence of mental problems and resiliency had a negative predicator of it. Conclusion Professional stress and resiliency are important factors in the mental health of the backbone teachers of primary and middle school.

 1 对象与方法

 1.1 对象 被试为河å—çœå„地å‚加“åˆä¸­éª¨å¹²æ•™å¸ˆçœçº§åŸ¹è®­â€çš„150åæ•™å¸ˆå’Œå®‰é˜³å¸‚å„县区å‚加“å°å­¦éª¨å¹²æ•™å¸ˆå¸‚级培训â€çš„150åæ•™å¸ˆ,共呿”¾é—®å·300份,å‰”é™¤æœªå®Œæˆæˆ–出现æ¼ç­”等情况的无效问å·,得到有效问å·275份,有效回收率为91.67%。其中女教师173人,男教师102人。

 1.2 工具

 1.2.1 中å°å­¦æ•™å¸ˆèŒä¸šåŽ‹åŠ›é—®å·[6] 采用朱从书等编制的中å°å­¦æ•™å¸ˆèŒä¸šåŽ‹åŠ›é—®å·ã€‚è¯¥é—®å·æœ‰6个维度:学生因素ã€è€ƒè¯•压力ã€å®¶åº­äººé™…关系ã€èŒä¸šæœŸæœ›ã€å·¥ä½œè´Ÿè·ã€è‡ªæˆ‘å‘展。有46个项目,采用1~5级评分标准,å³â€œæ— å½±å“â€è®¡1分,“轻度â€è®¡2分,“中度â€è®¡3分,“é‡åº¦â€è®¡4分,“æžé‡â€è®¡5分,总å‡åˆ†è¶Šé«˜,说明èŒä¸šåŽ‹åŠ›è¶Šå¤§ã€‚
