[摘要] 目的 分析单孔腹腔镜阑尾切除术中阑尾悬吊法的临床价值。方法 整群选取2010年1月—2012年12月该院收取的66例阑尾炎患者为研究对象，均接受阑尾悬吊法单孔腹腔镜阑尾切除术治疗，分析患者治疗效果。 结果 该次研究的66例患者均顺利接受单孔腹腔镜下阑尾切除术，平均手术时间为(45.5±10.1) min，术中追加多孔途径5例，平均住院(5.1±1.2) d，随访期间患者未出现并发症。结论 单孔腹腔镜阑尾切除术中阑尾悬吊法具有较高的临床价值。

 [Abstract] Objective To analyze the clinical value of appendix suspension method applied to single-port laparoscopic appendectomy. Methods 66 cases with appendicitis admitted in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2012 were selected as the subjects and treated by single-port laparoscopic appendectomy with appendix suspension method.
