[摘要] 目的 进一步提高闭合性腹部损伤诊治水平。方法 收集2013年1月—2015年7月收治的118例闭合性腹部损伤患者临床资料进行回顾性分析，分析患者受伤原因、损伤脏器种类、诊断、治疗及预后。结果 闭合性腹部损伤受伤因素车祸最多见，占67.80%；腹部超声、诊断性穿刺阳性率较高，分别为81.4%和82.2%；正确诊断和及时治疗可改善患者预后，减少死亡率。结论 闭合性腹部损伤常常伴有多发伤，诊断性腹腔穿刺、腹部超声是简单而有效诊断方法，尽早手术可减少死亡率。
