[摘要] 目的 探究肾综合征出血热连续性肾脏替代治疗及肝素抗凝的临床应用情况。方法 选取在该院2014年1月—2015年8月进行诊治的肾综合征出血热患者60例进行回顾性分析。 结果 危重型患者重叠期初始连续性肾脏替代治疗的有效率是50.0%，重型为9.0%，危重型患者连续性肾脏替代治疗效果以及重叠期开始连续性肾脏替代治疗明显高于重型。结论 连续性肾脏替代治疗需结合患者特点合理选择是否使用肝素抗凝。
