[摘要] 目的 对脑梗治疗过程中再次加重的原因分析，研究预防对策。 方法 选取2010年12月—2015年12月在该院因脑梗住院的进行治疗后病情再次加重的患者60例，对其因素进行回顾性分析。 结果 有23例患者是由于脑梗用药导致血压降低从而出现脑梗，有12例患者由于静脉输入葡萄糖后加重，有13例患者由于脑出血后导致，有 12例患者出现输液反应。 结论 研究当中能够了解到，医护人员在治疗中重视，能够完全避免再次加重的情况出现。
