[摘要] 目的 探析成人特發性膜性肾病患者采取不同治疗方法治疗效果。方法 该次实验60例特发性膜性肾病患者均为方便选取该院2015年1月—2018年1月收治，根据入院单号、双号分为两组，各30例，两组入院后均开展常规治疗，对照组在此基础上采取环磷酰胺治疗，研究组则接受吗替麦考酚酯联合糖皮质激素，统计各组治疗前后实验室指标、治疗效果及不良反应。结果 在治疗总有效率方面，研究组是90.00%，对照组是63.33%，研究组较对照组更高(χ2=5.963，P0.05);在胆固醇、尿蛋白定量、血肌酐、血清白蛋白方面，治疗前，两组比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后，研究组均较对照组更优(P, 百拇医药

 [Abstract] Objective To analyze the therapeutic effects of different treatments in adults with idiopathic membranous nephropathy. Methods Sixty patients with idiopathic membranous nephropathy were enrolled in the hospital from January 2015 to January 2018. They were convenient divided into two groups according to admission number and double number， 30 cases in each group： the conventional treatment was adopted in the two groups， the control group was treated with cyclophosphamide on the basis of this， and the study group received the combination of mycophenolate mofetil and glucocorticoids. The laboratory parameters， treatment effects and adverse reactions before and after treatment were counted. Results In the total effective rate of treatment， the study group was 90.00%， and the control group was 63.33%.
