[摘要] 目的 分析特發性耳鸣患者采取鼓室内注射利多卡因、掩蔽、心理辅导三项综合治疗的临床应用价值。方法 该次便利选择2017年3月—2018年4月该院收治特发性耳鸣患者86例为研究对象，参照计算机抽选结果分为观察组与对照组，对照组患者单纯采取鼓室内注射利多卡因治疗，观察组患者在此基础上采取掩蔽、心理辅导联合治疗，对比治疗总有效率，评估并分析各组患者治疗前后SCL90评分差异。 结果 观察组治疗总有效率97.67%明显高于对照组(χ2=8.440，P0.05)，经一段时间治疗后，观察组患者行为评分(5.22±0.03)分、情感评分(5.19±0.12)分、意识评分(5.04±1.01)分、睡眠评分(5.57±0.88)分、人际关系评分(4.49±0.32)分均明显低于对照组(t=12.040、11.370、18.490、16.460、10.210，P, http://www.100md.com

 [Abstract] Objective To analyze the clinical application value of three comprehensive treatments for intrauterine injection of lidocaine， masking and psychological counseling for patients with idiopathic tinnitus. Methods Eighty-six patients with idiopathic tinnitus admitted to the hospital from March 2017 to April 2018 were convenient selected as the study subjects. The results of computer sampling were divided into observation group and control group. The control group patients received tympanic injection of Lidoca. Because of treatment， patients in the observation group were treated with masking and psychological counseling on the basis of this， and the total effective rate was compared. The differences of SCL90 scores before and after treatment were evaluated and analyzed. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.67%， which was significantly higher than that of the control group(χ2=8.440， P0.05).
