  【摘要】Beclin1是近年发现参与自噬调控的蛋白之一，与某些疾病如肿瘤等密切相关。本文通过介绍Beclin1的基本结构及相关自噬机制，总结了Beclin1在自噬、凋亡、肿瘤中的研究进展，并探讨其在细胞研究领域中的潜能。
