【摘要】目的利用垫江县1957～2010年疟疾疫情资料和气象资料，通过分析以期找到影响疟疾发病的主要气象因子。方法运用主成分分析、单多因素、逐步回归分析和圆形分布分析，对垫江县1957～2010年疟疾疫情资料和气象资料进行统计分析。结果分析表明，影响疟疾发病的主要气象因子是月均气温、月均降雨量和月均日照时间，其中月均气温是影响疟疾发病的最主要气象因子。结论疟疾发病具有明显季节性及与气象周期轮回特点的完全一致性。
