  【摘要】目的探讨左半结肠癌并急性梗阻Ⅰ期行切除吻合术的临床疗效。方法分析2006年4月~2010年11月28例左半结肠癌并急性梗阻，实施Ⅰ期切除吻合术的临床资料。结果28例患者中无死亡，无腹腔感染。并发症发生情况，5例发生切口感染(17.86%)，经局部引流、换药治愈；3例发生吻合口瘘(10.71 %)，经双腔负压冲洗引流、营养支持等治疗，于术后24、36、40 d自行愈合；1例发生吻合口狭窄(3.57%)。结论左半结肠癌并发急性肠梗阻Ⅰ期应用切除吻合术是安全可行且疗效满意的。

 【Abstract】ObjectiveTo study the effect on one-stage resection-anastomosis procedure in treatment of left colonic cancer with acute intestinal obstruction.MethodsThe clinical data of 28 patients who accepted one-stage resection-anastomosis procedure in treatment of left colonic cancer with acute intestinalwere analyzed retrospectively.ResultsAll the patients were cured，and no one with incision infection.ConclusionOne-stage resetion and anastomasis for the acute obstruction of the left colorectal carcinoma is safe and effective clinically.
