【摘要】目的观察大黄治疗急性重症胰腺炎的疗效。方法将41例急性重症胰腺炎患者随机分成A组(试验组)与B组(对照组)，对照组只给予常规治疗，试验组在常规治疗基础上给予大黄鼻饲及保留灌肠。观察两组血清淀粉酶、腹内压、肠鸣音恢复时间、APACHEⅡ评分、ICU住院时间。结果试验组血清淀粉酶、腹内压、APACHEⅡ评分下降明显；肠鸣音恢复时间、ICU住院时间短。结论大黄能有效缓解急性重症胰腺炎的临床症状，缩短病程，改善预后。
