【摘要】目的总结分析中药熏蒸加局部减压术治疗腰椎手术失败综合征的经验。方法回顾性分析2005年10月~2009年10月笔者所在医院卫生所采用中药熏蒸减压术治疗腰椎病患者的临床资料。结果本组腰椎手术失败综合证12例，疗效满意。结论此疗法能将复杂的问题简单化解决，有临床推广应用价值。

【Abstract】ObjectiveTo summarize and analyze the experience of failed back surgery syndrome by using fumigation with herb and local decompression.MethodsReviewing the clinical date that I had used the fumigation with herb and local decompression to treat the back surgery syndrome from October 2005 to October 2009.ResultsOnly 12 patients failed the back surgery syndrome and we are satisfied with there sults.This treatment can transfer the complex problems to simple one.ConclusionIt is worth and value to use in clinical trials.
