【摘要】目的探讨糖尿病合并冠心病患者血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平与血脂水平及其与并发病的关系。方法分别测定60名正常对照组和58名糖尿病合并冠心病患者血清Hcy、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(CHO)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂量白胆固醇(LDL-C)、血糖(GLU)的水平，并对其进行相关分析。结果糖尿病合并冠心病(CHD)患者治疗前血清中GLU、Hcy、TG、CHO、LDL-C水平与对照组相比明显升高(P0.05)。结论血清Hcy水平升高是糖尿病患者并发CHD的重要危险因素，高血糖水平影响了Hcy及血脂水平的代谢，测定血清Hcy水平对糖尿病并发CHD的诊断治疗及预后判断具有重要的临床价值。
