【摘要】目的研究步态训练对于中风患者下肢的康复效果和意义。方法利用笔者所在医院康复医学科20名中风患者进行自由步态训练，然后利用表面肌电图(SEMG),同步记录双下肢胫前肌、腓肠肌内侧头两组肌群的SEMG信号,考察受试肌在步态周期中的SEMG变化规律。结果中风患者通过步态训练后，发现患侧腓肠肌与患侧胫前肌的正常拮抗收缩状态在逐渐的增强，患侧胫前肌的肌电活动增强。结论步态训练有利于中风患者下肢的康复，具有显著的临床意义。
