 【Abstract】Clinical internships play an important role in higher medical education,while students enthusiasm may affect the quality of internships heavily.This essay discusses the factors which will influence students learning initiative,including difficulty of job hunting,tense doctor-patient relationship,uncoorparation of patients,lack of typical cases , and some psychology factors.Then a series of solutions are given to improve students leaning initiative and to further raise the quality of clinical practice.
