【摘要】目的评价可吸收螺钉内固定术在治疗髂前上棘撕脱骨折中的应用价值及临床疗效。方法笔者所在医院对12例髂前上棘撕脱骨折患者，采取切开复位可吸收螺钉内固定术治疗，术后屈髋位卧床3周，第3周开始床上行功能锻炼，3周后下地行走。结果所有患者术后随访12~18个月，平均15个月，术后4周左右髋关节活动度恢复接近正常，术后6~10周骨折愈合，术后8~10周髋关节肌力恢复正常水平,疗效均为优良。结论可吸收螺钉内固定术治疗髂前上棘撕脱骨折微创、操作便捷、固定牢固、效果满意，患者能够早期恢复髋关节肌力及活动度。

 【Abstract】ObjectiveTo assess clinical application value and efficacy of absorbable screw for anterior superior iliac spine avulsion fracture. Methods12 cases were treated with absorbable screw in Anyang District Hospital. ResultsAll cases returned to full activity without residual complaints or weakness. ConclusionORIF with absorbable screw will get good result in anterior superior iliac spine avulsion fracture.
