  【摘要】目的探讨分析交锁髓内钉治疗胫骨骨折患者的临床疗效。方法回顾笔者所在医院自2001年1月～2008年12月84例应用交锁髓内钉治疗胫骨骨折的临床资料。结果术后随访6～24个月，平均11个月，骨折愈合96%(81例)，包括8例骨折愈合延迟，经动力化后，骨折愈合。骨折不愈合3.5%(3例)。感染率2.3%(2例)。结论交锁髓内钉治疗胫骨骨折创伤小，固定坚强，术后能早期下床活动；在开放性胫骨骨折的治疗方面优势更明显；扩髓不仅能使骨折断端固定牢固、安全有效，而且还可以减少骨折不愈合或延迟愈合、断钉等并发症。

 【Abstract】ObjectiveTo discuss the clinical practical value of reaming intramedullary nail for the treatment of the tibial fracture.MethodsForm 2001 to 2008 84 cases of tibial fracture were treated with reamed intramedullary nail.We retrospectively reviewed and analysised the clinical material of the 84 cases.ResultsThe mean time of interview is 11 months (from 6 to 24 months),the rates of union is 96%(81 cases including 8 delayed unions),nonunion is 3.5%(3 cases),infection is 2.3%(2 cases).ConclusionIt has micro-wound,adequate stabilistaion and earlier exercise that interlocking intramedullary nail for treatment of open fracture of tibia;it is more superior in treating the open fracture;the use of reaming nail not only makes the fracture be fixed adequately stably,but also reduces the complications such as :nonunion ,delayed union and breaking the nails ......
