【摘要】 诸多研究结果证实，高血压患者在高同型半胱氨酸的协同作用下，其心脑血管意外的发生率明显高于单纯高血压患者。早期发现及干预H型高血压对患者预后具有重要意义。本文主要從H型高血压中医病因病机、辨证分型及治疗进展三个方面进行阐述，旨在为临床治疗H型高血压提供新的思路与方法。
