 摘 要 创伤急救是指在创伤发生的第一时间进行有效的救治，以降低损伤和死亡，提高抢救成功率。本文从创伤急救的定义、救治原则、高级创伤护理的护理措施等方面进行综述，为临床创伤急救提供更科学的护理方法。

 Abstract Trauma emergency refers to effective treatment for the trauma happened at the first time， to reduce injuries and deaths and to improve the success rate of rescue.This paper reviews the definition，treatment principle，advanced trauma care nursing measures of trauma emergency.It provids a more scientific nursing method for clinical trauma emergency.
