 摘要目的：讨论乳腺浸润性导管癌的临床及MRI表现。方法：回顾性分析25例乳腺浸润性导管癌的临床及MRI表现。结果：乳腺浸润性导管癌好发于右乳外上象限，病理分级为Ⅱ级最多，MRI上病灶多呈形态不规则的团块状，部分也可呈结节状及分叶状，T1WI呈等信号，T2WI呈稍高信号，DWI多呈高信号影，ADC值降低，20例可见病灶周围多发增生的肿瘤血管影。动态增强扫描，按TIC分型，Ⅰ型(渐增型)5例，Ⅱ型(平台型)11例，Ⅲ型(流出型)9例。结论：乳腺浸润性导管癌在临床及MRI表现上具有较明显的特征。
