摘 要 儿童哮喘是一种常见病，多发病。目前，通过对细胞因子进行靶向治疗而改善哮喘的治疗效果已经成为现今的研究热点。本文基于哮喘的发病机制，简要阐述了以lL-13为靶点的来金珠单抗，以IL-4和IL-13为靶点的匹曲白滞素，以及以IL-5为靶点的美泊利单抗的细胞因子靶向治疗进展，为临床治疗提供依据。
