摘 要 目的：探讨分娩过程中心理疏导技巧的应用及效果评价。方法：收治分娩初产妇686例，观察常见不良因素对产妇分娩、产程、出血量等的影响，并对产妇进行心理疏导。结果：686例初产妇中，顺产589例(85.86%)，剖宫产97例(14.14%)。平均产程336.99分钟，平均出血量197.01ml。结论：分娩过程中的心理疏导可促进孕妇的顺利分娩。
