摘 要 目的：通过分析3年间妊娠风险因素变化，进一步做好围产期健康教育宣教，加强高危妊娠管理，降低妊娠不良结局发生率。方法：根据《上海市孕产妇管理规范》要求，通过回顾性研究在本社区卫生服务中心建册并随访跟踪至分娩的孕产妇的各项资料，并进行统计分析。结果：3年中妊娠风险因素排名前3位的均为BMI>24、高龄、瘢痕子宫，其后顺序有所变化。结论：加强围产期健康教育宣教，做好高危妊娠跟踪管理，保障母婴安全。
