 摘 要 在医疗保障体系中，医疗过程需要由医院延伸到社区和家庭。利用社区医护人员开展社区医疗和康复服务。引导人们建立正确的疾病防治的科学方法，未病先防，充分运用医学知识，保证社区医疗工作计划的落实。

 Abstract In the health security system，medical procedure need to be extended from hospital to the community and family.Using the community medical staff to carry out the community health care and rehabilitation services.Guiding people to set up the correct scientific methods for disease prevention and treatment，prevention before disease onset，full use of medical knowledge，to ensure that the community health work plan can be implemented.
