摘 要 目的：探讨中国疾病预防控制体系存在的问题，提出针对性解决措施。方法：通过相关数据库查询与本课题相关文献，运用边界分析法进行处理，对中国疾病预防控制体系存在的问题进行总结分析；运用意向问卷调查了154所省、市、县疾病预防控制中心(以下简称CDC)，对工作人员对疾病预防控制体系存在问题的认识进行调查。结果：本次研究查阅文献215篇，归纳疾病预防控制体系存在问题12类，被调查CDC大多数认为公共职能偏废是当前我国疾病预防控制体系存在的最为主要的问题。结论：必须从现在开始采取强有力的措施来贯彻落实疾病预防控制体系的公共职能。
