摘 要 目的：探讨加强血糖监测的方法在急诊中应用的可行性及临床意义。方法：对急诊就诊的意识障碍患者进行加强血糖监测干预。结果：血糖异常患者检出率提高，特别是低血糖检出率较前增高，低血糖症漏诊、误诊明显下降。结论：加强血糖监测可减少低血糖症的误诊及漏诊，使临床干预治疗时间显著提前，在急诊抢救中的应用有较好的临床效果。

Abstract Objective：To investigate the feasibility and the clinical significance of the application of strengthening blood glucose monitoring methods in emergency.Methods：To strengthen blood glucose monitoring intervention in emergency department patients with disturbance of consciousness.Results：The detection rate of abnormal blood glucose patients was increased，especially the detection rate of hypoglycemia was higher than before，missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis of hypoglycemia were significantly decreased.Conclusion：To strengthen blood glucose monitoring can decrease the misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis of hypoglycemia ......
