摘 要 听功能障碍病患367例抽样调查，用药保守治疗疗效很好，虽然病因不甚明了，但给予对症治疗获得较高好转率。发病规律与年龄段密切相关，而且伴发疾病大致相同。听力下降的原因与许多神经系统、内分泌系统和循环系统等内科疾病联系密切，性别差异不大。

Abstract According sampling survey of 367 patients with auditory dysfunction，medicine conservative treatment is very good，although the etiology is unclear，but symptomatic treatment given to obtain high recovery rate.Incidence and age are closely related，and the concomitant diseases is roughly the same.Hearing loss is closely related to the cause of many internal diseases，such as nervous system，endocrine system and circulatory system，no gender difference.
