 摘 要 目的：研究外伤脱位牙再植的方法、疗效，为临床再植牙提供经验。方法：30例完全脱位的上前牙在离体30分钟～24小时内再植，并随访3～10年。结果：30例再植牙中，23颗能正常使用，但是都有根尖吸收情况。失败7颗，其中2颗中度牙周炎患者；1颗脱位牙污染严重患者；4颗脱位时间过长者。结论：外伤脱位牙及时正确复位是影响疗效的关键。
