【摘要】目的: 探讨社区健康教育对农村高血压患者服药依从性、治疗率、血压控制率的影响。方法:以拥有56000多常住居民的玉溪市澄江县龙街社区已经建档案管理的600例高血压社区居民为对象,经过有计划、有组织、定时、定点或上门入户为社区居民进行健康教育和生活方式干预。结果:600例高血压社区居民生活方式明显改善、血压控制率明显提高。结论:社区健康教育干预在高血压的治疗中起着重要的作用。

【Abstract】Objective Research the effect of community health education on medication compliance of patients with hypertension in rural areas, the treatment rate, the blood pressure control rate effect. Methods Permanent residents of the 56,000 cases of Chengjiang County, Yuxi City, Long Street, records management community has built the 600 patients with hypertension targeted community residents, through a planned, organized, timing, location, or come home for the residents of the community health education and lifestyle intervention. Results 600 cases of hypertension medication compliance community resident, treatment, significantly improved blood pressure control. Conclusion Community health education intervention is an effective way to control hypertension.
