当前位置: 首页 期刊 《医学新知杂志》 20113 编号：13771647 实施心理干预对减轻耳科术后患者疼痛的影响 http://www.100md.com 2011年3月1日 《医学新知·综合版》 20113 耳科手术,心理护理   【摘要】目的：分析耳科手术患者的心理特点，并探讨相应的护理措施。方法：选择100例10-70岁之间的耳科手术患者，总结心理变化的临床表现、特点，进行相应的护理干预。结果：对实验组耳科患者手术前实施心理护理及咨询，患者积极配合，手术顺利，无并发症发生，近期及远期效果良好。结论：对手术患者实施心理护理能有效降低紧张、恐惧、焦虑等心理障碍，保证手术的顺利进行，使护理工作由被动转为主动，获得良好的社会效益。

 【Abstract】Aim: To analyze the psychological feature of surgical patients in the department of otology and to discuss relevant nursing interventions. Methods: We.chose 100 surgical patients with the age between 10 and 70 in the department of otology, to summarize the clinical situation and feature of psychological changing, and to give them proper nursing interventions. Results: After the psychological nursing, the experimental group tended to be active with medical treatment, to have a lower incidence rates of complications and to achieve a better effect in the short-term and the long-term. Discussion: The proper mental nursing can help overcome psychologic obstacles, such as tension, fear and anxiety, to promote the clinical treatment, to make nursing care initiative and to gain social effects. ......
